Sorry about the delay in posting this…but this Dare forced us to stay awake a bit later than normal and we couldn’t get to the camera until this morning :-)

    I have to agree with you Bridgit – I also enjoyed a good laugh.
    I’m surprised Jeeva that you can so openly discuss this dare with your parents watching; but you were hesitant to show displays of affection on camera. I’m confused about what’s acceptable in public and what’s not in your culture. I personally would be more comfortable kissing my husband in public than discussing our sex life – that seems much more private to me.
    As usual, your openess to share is much appreciated.

    Lord have Mercy …oh Jeeva that was really something to watch!! Wonder if the response to “is it Day 32?” will be met with “is it your birthday already?” …I am sorry to make light of this but I can’t resist teasing you…(Satan – get thee behind me!!) I really have the giggles after watching this Dare… :)

    So this was the best and most honest response for this specific dare since it’s so taboo to discuss openly in NA Christian circles.

    I wish this subject could be talked about more openly in Christian circles. God gave us this gift of sexuality to enjoy and to give us pleasure. Why should we be so uncomfortable discussing it. It has been a huge part of our marriage and we have been married for over 40 years. I wish the Love Dare had spent more time on this subject. One of the couples mentioned that it didn’t only include the bedroom, but all the things that go on in the day and how lovelingly your treat each other all day will create how fantastic the sexual experiences in the bedroom (or wherever you choose to enjoy each other) will be.
    Hallelujah for making us sexual beings.
