Heh Chris, I went into marriage thinking Christian couples should have devotions together. I heard all these testimonies from couples confirming that “couples who pray together, stay together” and there were all these wonderful devtionals for couples to do together. Therefore I pressured my husband into praying with me at first but it never really worked for us. After 33 years, we still prefer our own devotional time (and we’re still together inspite of it).
