On a previous dare (leave and cleave) we were asked to make marriage a top priority. For our anniversary in January I made a card which expressed my love and commitment to him. The card is still on his bulletin board.
For myself, I have an even deeper commitment to this marriage. I know that my commitment is based on God’s unconditional love for me and my husband. My commitment does not depend on how loving my husband is or how great our marriage is.
