Strong & Free: A National Call to Prayer for Canada – Tune in to 100 Huntley Street on March 6!
Canada is at a pivotal moment—politically, socially, and morally. But as
followers of Christ, we don’t panic—we pray! That’s why Crossroads is
launching a national prayer campaign: “Strong and Free: United in
Prayer for Canada.”
To kick off this initiative, 100 Huntley Street—Canada’s Home for Hope—
will air a special episode on March 6th. Filmed on Parliament Hill and at the
Cardus offices in Ottawa, this episode will set the stage for a united
movement of prayer across the nation.
Join us at 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. on YES TV and the YES TV app for this special
broadcast, created in collaboration with the Evangelical Fellowship of
Canada. Hosted by Lara Watson, Executive Producer and Host of 100
Huntley Street, and Kevin Shepherd, CEO of Crossroads and YES TV, this
program will inspire and unite us in prayer for Canada.
This special episode of “Strong and Free: United in Prayer for Canada”
will equip, inform, and inspire you. You’ll gain critical insights into issues
affecting our nation, learn practical ways to stand for biblical principles in a
non-partisan way, and discover how to engage with local politicians. Most
importantly, you’ll be encouraged to pray and believe that God can stir
hearts, unify the nation, and ignite revival in Canada.

–David Guretzki (Evangelical Fellowship of Canada) on engaging in
respectful political dialogue and the power of prayer.
–Julia Beazley (Evangelical Fellowship of Canada) providing an update
on recommendations from a parliamentary committee affecting faith-
based charities.
–Rebecca Vachon (Cardus) addressing concerns about MAiD (Medical
Assistance in Dying) laws and proposed legislative changes with moral
implications for our nation.
